At the helm is our CEO, Mr. Wayne William Adams, known to most simply as Bill. A native of Lawrence, Kansas, Bill studied at the University of Kansas, where he laid a strong academic and practical foundation in real estate. As a Finance major in the School of Business, Bill specialized in real estate-related coursework—including investment analysis, property finance, and legal aspects of real estate. His education was further enriched by courses like Legal Aspects of Real Property Transactions (BLAW 510) and advanced planning studies in the Housing and Development track of KU’s Master of Urban Planning program.
Bill also holds a co-major in International Business, giving him a broader, global perspective on markets, economics, and trade. Outside the classroom, he was an active member of the KU Real Estate Club—engaging with industry leaders, gaining market insight, and sharpening leadership skills. His dedication earned him a spot as a Tiger 21 member, a testament to his commitment to excellence.
